We are young and dynamic company providing to our customers services in all aspects of HR management. Apart from business consulting and process design, we focus on implementation of SuccessFactors – modern HR cloud solution and development of own applications to cover needs of our customers. We have already delivered many projects of various size for customers in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. We have already 10 own applications extending the functionality of SuccessFactors. As demand for our services grows, so does our company. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague into our R&D team for the position of Senior Developer. 

Senior JavaScript Developer 

Your mission will be to help us design, build and further improve our Success Solutions applications that enrich the portfolio of HR solutions. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications to succeed: 

- min. 3 years of experience with writing modern JavaScript web applications 

- solid analytical and coding skills 

- knowledge of the modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Node.js or similar 

- proficiency in using code versioning tools like Git 

- fluency in spoken English and Czech or Slovak  

Beneficial would be: 

• sense of creating intuitive web interfaces 
• background in SAP UI5/Fiori development and understanding of SAP BTP 
• knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors 
• experience in creating of reusable components 
• practice with supporting of junior developers
