About Us

We’re seeking a new team member for our Operations Department—someone who is passionate about Technology, IT Security, and Continuous Improvement

As the Application Specialist, you will take ownership of our internal applications, ensuring they deliver measurable value to our work and are utilized to their fullest potential across the organization. In this role, you will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Continuous Improvement, driving enhancements in processes to foster efficiency and innovation. Additionally, you will act as the Security Manager, overseeing the company’s security framework to ensure our operations remain robust and secure. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Application Management 

  • Manage and provide support for internal applications, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, ETIS (CRM), WFLOW, JIRA, and other systems. 
  • Oversee and implement updates and upgrades to applications, enhancing functionality and improving process efficiency. 
  • Ensure applications comply with security policies, overseeing their configuration and usage. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate applications seamlessly with existing systems. 
     

Process Management and Continuous Improvement 

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 
  • Create and maintain process workflows using tools such as flowcharts, process maps, or specialized software. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design streamlined workflows. 
  • Identify and eliminate waste within processes, enhancing productivity. 
  • Standardize processes across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
  • Explore and implement automation tools or technologies to drive efficiency. 
     

Security Management 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory security requirements. 
  • Coordinate with IT teams to protect digital assets and infrastructure. 
  • Monitor cybersecurity threats, responding proactively in collaboration with relevant departments. 
  • Lead incident response initiatives during security breaches or emergencies. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for legal, insurance, and compliance purposes. 
  • Conduct employee training on security awareness and protocols. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents or concerns. 

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IT system configurations and troubleshooting for technical, process, or security issues. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365) applications to support collaboration and productivity. 
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is an advantage (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). 
  • Experience with workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, LogicApps). 
  • Solid analytical skills for identifying inefficiencies and optimizing processes. 
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, TISAX). 
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Critical thinking and creativity to solve complex challenges. 
  • Attention to detail in documenting security, compliance, and process changes.
