We are a young, growing company, working in the field of Human Resource Management with help of SuccessFactors cloud solutions. Over the time, we have become the market leader in implementation of SuccessFactors in the Czech Republic, but we also have a lot of experience from abroad. As there are more and more opportunities on the Czech and foreign markets, we are looking for a new colleague, who would join our Sales & Marketing Department as a Channel Manager.
The Channel Manager will be responsible for winning new and maintaining and expanding existing relationships with assigned partners based on geography, channel, or market. Channel Manager will work towards sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform research of the market, contact potential new partners, and establish and develop existing partnerships
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key points of contact in assigned partner accounts
- Design and implement a partner network process in the segment of large companies - global users of SAP SuccessFactors
- Preparation of short-term and long-term strategy, searching for new opportunities
- Contribution to development of existing sales opportunities of Success Solutions´ applications and services, via online sales channel
- Responsibility for contracts, concluded business conditions and agreements with partners, monitoring their registration and accuracy
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing, R&D, Sales) to prepare product sales support activities
- Collect and evaluate feedback from partners, the market and the customer
- Responsibility for reporting (sales, financial indicators, status reports etc.)
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential on a regular basis
- Achieve agreed sales targets within the schedule as set by the Sales & Marketing Director
Qualifications
- You have a business education; Master's or Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, marketing, or relevant field is an advantage
- At least 5 years’ experience working within sales or channel partnering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- You are native in Czech or Slovak
- English is part of your day-to-day communication with our customers, you are able to discuss more complex topics verbally as well as in writing
- You have a basic understanding of HR processes; in depth orientation in any HR area is an advantage, knowledge of SuccessFactors is advantage
- Microsoft Office is your best friend; you are able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience´s needs
- You learn fast, you are proactive, and you come up with new ideas
- You are self-motivated, organized and you can work effectively
- You have excellent interpersonal relationship skills and are open to feedback
