About Us

We are the market leader in implementation of SuccessFactors in the Czech Republic and we also have a lot of experience from abroad. As there are more and more opportunities on the Czech and foreign markets, we are looking for a new colleague into our consulting team for the position of Consultant.
 

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • You will be implementing SuccessFactors solution according to the requirements of our customers, which means you will be:
    • participating in process and technical design workshops with the customers,
    • configure and test the system,
    • train and support the customers in usage of their new system.
  • You will be supporting existing customers (system adjustments and continuous development, issue solving, other process or technical questions).
  • You will be closely cooperating with other departments e.g. in development of our own products (R&D), presentations for potential customers (Pre-sales), and support of existing customers (Support).
  • Together with other colleagues you will be continuously inventing not only technical and process solutions we offer to our customers, but also all the other aspects of our work.
  • You will be supporting your junior colleagues and helping them on their way to senior consultant role.

Qualifications

  • Experience with implementation of SuccessFactors or other HR systems required.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, business partners and customers.
  • Fluent in English, Czech or Slovak is big advantage
  • Advanced technical skills, ability to work with various tools and applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (above all Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management.
  • Ability to work independently, but also to work in a team.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Stress resistance during intensive project phases.
