About Us

We are a young, growing company, working in the field of Human Resource Management with help of SuccessFactors cloud solutions. Over the time, we have become the market leader in implementation of SuccessFactors in the Czech Republic but we also have a lot of experience from abroad. As there are more and more opportunities on the Czech and foreign markets, we are looking for a new colleague, who would join our Sales & Marketing Department as a Key Account Manager.

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company 
  • Resolving client issues and complaints 
  • Developing a complete understanding of account needs 
  • Anticipating account changes and improvements 
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams 
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Achieve agreed goals upon sales targets and outcomes within given schedule 
  • Strategic planning to improve client results 
  • Negotiating contracts with the client  
  • Cooperating with sales & marketing team and other departments dedicated to the same client  
  • Responsibility for New Business, Up-sell and Cross-sell 
  • Report on account progress and goals to the Sales & Marketing Manager 
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to plan 
  • Analyzing client data in cooperation with the Support Department to provide customer relationship management 

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in sales, key account management, or relevant experience  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person 
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions 
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts 
  • In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry is an advantage 
  • You are nativ in Czech and you speak fluently English  
  • Understanding the HR processes or knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage   
  • Microsoft Office is your best friend; you can work with Excel and Word and create nice and clear presentations in PowerPoint   
  • You learn fast, you are proactive, and you come up with new ideas  
  • You are self-motivated, organized and you can work effectively    
  • You have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
