About Us

We are a young, growing company, working in the field of Human Resource Management with help of SuccessFactors cloud solutions. Over the time, we have become the market leader in implementation of SuccessFactors in the Czech Republic but we also have a lot of experience from abroad. As there are more and more opportunities on the Czech and foreign markets, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of R&D Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Develop research programs focusing not only on current developments, but also on improvement of existing products and on study of potential new products
  • Manage E2E research and development process, from planning, over process definition to the execution 
  • Oversee all aspects of research and development program
  • Report to senior management on company product technical issues as well as on new technical developments within the market
  • Manage customer relationships and perform Requirements Gathering, Market Potential, Customer Visits, and Product Testing
  • Be part of the decision board on new solutions development
  • Budgeting for the research and planned development
  • Document all phases of the research
  • Manage whole solution lifecycle - from idea to BAU process

Qualifications

  • You have at least some education, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field is advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • English is part of your day-to-day communication with our customers, you are able to discuss more complex topics verbally as well as in writing  
  • You have a basic understanding of the HR processes; in depth orientation in any HR area is an advantage, knowledge of SuccessFactors is advantage  
  • Microsoft Office is your best friend, you can work with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.) and Word and create nice and clear presentations in PowerPoint  
  • You can understand and create flowcharts and processes
  • You learn fast, you are proactive, and you come up with new ideas 
  • You are self-motivated, organized and you can work effectively   
  • You have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
