We are young and dynamic company providing to our customers services in all aspects of HR management. Apart from business consulting and process design, we focus on implementation of SuccessFactors – modern HR cloud solution. We have already delivered many projects of various size for customers in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. As demand for our services grows, so does our company. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague into our consulting team for the position of SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
Responsibilities and Duties
- You will be responsible for configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF-EC-PY) to our customers, according to their requirements, which means:
- preparing SF-EC-PY blueprint
- participating in process and technical design workshops with the customers
- design, configure and maintain SAP payroll components (e.g. infotypes, wage types, deductions, accruals, tax structure, payroll schema, reports, …)
- configuring mapping of Employee Central Payroll fields and wage types originating from Employee Central for integration between these two modules
- system testing
- hypercare and long-term support
- Providing excellent customer service following the implementation (system adjustments and continuous development, issue solving, other process or technical questions)
- Working on multiple projects at the same time
- You will be closely cooperating with other departments e.g. in development of our own products (R&D), presentations for potential customers (Pre-sales) and support of existing customers (Support)
- Together with other colleagues you will be continuously inventing new technical and process solutions for our customers
- Possibility to gain certifications in other SuccessFactors modules
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP HCM system and experience with SAP payroll solution
- At least basic understanding of Czech payroll legislation (ideally as an internal payroll power user or junior payroll consultant)
- Experience in providing payroll advice
- Basic orientation in HR processes
- Very good communication and presentations skills
- Fluent knowledge of Czech (or Slovak) and English language
- Good technical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (above all Excel and PowerPoint)
- Stress resistance during intensive project phases and positive approach to a busy workload
- Valid work permit to work in Czech Republic
