We are a growing team helping companies make HR smarter with SAP SuccessFactors and modern HR solutions. We’ve been working with SuccessFactors for 10 years, delivering projects for customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.

One of our own products is TRIPPY – a travel & expense management platform running on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. And as TRIPPY keeps growing, we’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead Developer to take ownership of its technical direction and help us move it forward.

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Take technical ownership of TRIPPY across backend, frontend and integrations
• Design, develop and maintain our TypeScript/Node.js and React applications
• Make architectural and technical decisions and help shape the future of the product
• Work with APIs, authentication, SSO and enterprise integrations
• Own and improve our deployment and release processes
• Keep an eye on security, data protection, performance and code quality
• Collaborate with developers, consultants and the wider team
• Help ensure that three independently deployed applications work together as one reliable product

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with a production TypeScript/Node.js backend
• Strong React + Redux Toolkit experience, including RTK Query or similar
• Experience with relational databases and an ORM such as Sequelize
• Good understanding of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT and SSO
• Experience deploying applications to a PaaS environment and working with CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of security, encryption and PII handling
• Ability to take ownership and make pragmatic technical decisions
• Comfortable working across both backend and frontend

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP / Cloud Foundry / MTA
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP IAS
• Experience integrating with HR, fintech, travel & expense or other approval-heavy systems
• Experience with production release processes and manual production gates
• Experience with i18n / multilingual applications
